Sales & Marketing Associate (Telecommute)
We are looking for sale representative who is fluent in both Spanish and English to help us market and sell mobile homes in US. Certis owns and operates mobile home parks in US and we are looking for someone who can handle mobile home sales over the phone. Spanish will be huge plus since we often work with Spanish speaking families. This is a telecommuting position. We don’t care where you are located as long as you have reliable phone/internet service and you are capable.
Responsibilities
- Take sales calls, reply to SMS & email inquiries
- Keep track of callers and do follow ups
- Schedule on-site showing
- Explain terms of sale
- Provide basic translation service as needed
Skills
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) a big plus
- Great interpersonal and communication skill
- Integrity, good work ethic, intelligence, initiative, intelligence
- Computer skills (we do everything over the internet)
- Reliable internet service
- Real estate sales experience a plus
